• Do not upload anything abusive, illegal, or plagiarized
• Do not interfere with the platform or other users
• Do not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission

We may suspend or ban users who violate these rules.

3. Email Use

If you provide your email, we use it only for:

• Confirming submissions
• Sending Amplify receipts and updates
• Responding to your support requests

No marketing emails — unless you opt in separately.

4. Amplify Payments

Amplify lets you boost a story’s visibility. It’s optional, and:

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• We process payments securely via third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe)
• Amplify does not guarantee selection, promotion, or editorial coverage

5. Story Submissions

• By submitting a story, you grant us the right to review and consider it
• You confirm you have the right to share it
• Submissions are non-confidential and do not entitle you to compensation

6. Story Accuracy & Dramatization

Our stories are inspired by real events but fictionalized to protect identities and enhance storytelling. This includes:

• Changing names, locations, or identifying details
• Combining multiple real-life accounts into one narrative
• Dramatizing scenes for clarity and emotional impact

We aim for emotional truth — not literal reenactments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by Streamlly. You may view and share content for personal use, but you may not copy, reupload, monetize, or edit our content without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse features, or if legally required. You may stop using the platform at any time.

9. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content
