Stick to the talking points.

Neutral, no freelancing.

It's not a weather report, Robert.

Keep your cool.

You go off-script, you lose the room.

Maybe the room needs losing.

Okay.

first up, let's talk about the blockades.

Israel says the blockades exist to stop Hamas from smuggling weapons in, from smuggling explosives and fuel.

As they seize those crates of bullets, they also turn back crates of antibiotics, pallets of bottled water labeled "Security Risks."

Now, Lena, I don't know about you, but the last time I checked, you can't drink a bullet, right?

Okay, but the counterpoint here is that fuel does power rockets.

Water trucks can be used to hide arms.

So Israel's arguing the risk here is very real.

So is cholera.

So is a 4yearold on their hands and knees trying to drink water from a mud puddle.

He's losing it.

Watch him.

Let's just take a breath and move on.

Israel is demanding that all hostages are returned back first, but Hamas is demanding that troops are withdrawn and reconstruction is guaranteed.

And you know what?

Within that deadlock, Lena, aid trucks sit rotting in the sun, boxes expired waiting in storage, while negotiators argue about who's gonna blink first.

Okay, but Israel's stance here is that without hostages returned, Hamas just uses this pause to re-arm.

That pause is just another opportunity to load guns between airstrikes.

End it.

I think it's best we move on.

Israel says Hamas hides in civilian areas.

So they're hiding in the tunnels under schools, the command posts beneath hospitals.

And make no mistake, make no mistake at all that for every single bomb that is dropped that is meant for a tunnel is killing a teacher in a school above it, decimating wounded patients in hospital wards, and killing entire families sitting down for dinner.

For every single child that's pulled out of that rubble and that destruction, you are giving someone the reason to fight tomorrow.

This conflict will fuel generations to come hate and anger and disgust at the lack of humanity that we are seeing here today.

Cut his mic and bring up the lights if you have to.

End it.
